I have Schizoaffective Disorder Bipolar Subtype, and I need some accommodations at work. I have received 2 job offers and I only have 24 hours to accept one.
First job is to work as a Family Enhancement and Crisis Counsellor for a non profit that I have worked with before but I left them because it was stressful. The employer is amazing and knows about my illness and the team is amazing and in the end of the day I feel like I am really making a difference.
Second job is an Insurance Advisor position at a very large company, the employment is conditional on me passing the brokers test, but to even have a chance to do the test I have to accept the offer. The pay is 12,000$ more than the nonprofit job but it’s also from 3pm to 11 pm. I have zero interest in insurance but it could be less stress.
