It didn’t say on indeed that a cover letter is required. The cover letter that I have is basic as hell because I used it for tons of jobs. If I spend time making a GOOD one and she doesn’t hire me, then it’s a waste of my time. Towards the end of the interview she was like “although it doesn’t say on indeed a cover letter is required, we are going to ask you to submit a cover letter. You can email it to me”
