I got made two job offers and both with the same salary. Job A has career progression to a senior level within an year or so and Job B provides lots of learning opportunities to further boost my technical knowledge and expertise.
I am not too sure which one to choose as I like both the offers. Is their anything else I need to focus on to make the right decision that I seem to be missing out?
The thing with Job A is that they providing career progression but I have noticed that their employees doesn’t stay too long their. Job B smaller company but it provides an opportunity to learn a lot whilst working within a team to grow further.
Also do the jobs require references in the UK and if so how do they get references? Do they contact the employers directly without asking me? Or do I provide them the contact details? Thanks.
