The store keeps reposting the same job on indeed…even though i applied and have not received a response

i applied to work at a store. They sent me a confirmation and a self paced interview. Now i’m awaiting a response. A couple days later i saw the store has reposted the same job/position on indeed. They reposted it a couple of times now. I have not receive a response yet. I reapplied again. I noticed that the position has a different number than the first one, i’m not sure if that means anything? Should i keep waiting? Why does the store keep reposting the same job?
