Staffing Agencies

Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing well.

I’ve got a question: What are the pros & cons of using a staffing agency for employment?

Where I live in MidMichigan, the only places that are doing the hiring are through staffing agencies.

I assume it’s because the HR for a lot of companies are overwhelmed by the amount of new applications since unemployment ended for a lot in Sept?
