I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2019 with a history degree. I always wanted to be a professor, but realized the hard truth about job prospects in that field. Anyways, I'm really at my wit's end job searching. All that seems to be out there is fast food or manual labor, which was exactly what I was hoping to avoid by going to college. I'm not really that picky for what I get and my wage expectations aren't insane. The ideal job for me would be a part-time office assistant making 21$ an hr until I can figure out my future career path. I'm confused how I can't find anything non-fast food with this massive worker shortage. Any advice on how to approve my situation would be greatly appreciated(including job title recommendations or places to search).
