Been interviewing for a project manager job at a mid size manufacturing company in the US. Still in the early stages and was told that the salary range that they're willing to offer is around the 75k mark and that has me questioning my life choices and data sources. Mind you this is a fairly reputable and profitable company in the industry.
I'm PMP certified, with a master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience. All my data sources tell me that a median wage for someone with my experience is around the 110-120k mark. Can someone who's been around for a while in the hiring world help me make my case?
