Long story short - I started a new position two weeks ago and got an offer today for the job of my dreams. I feel bad for leaving the team I’m currently in since the person training me will be going on maternity leave soon. So I feel like I wasted the time they had to invest on someone else. Also, my current job is 100% remote while this new one I would have to start coming to the office. Due to all of these reasons, I was thinking of turning down the offer even though it pays $10k more and it is the type of work I want to be doing….what would you do?
