Here's the background: I'm a recent grad who was contacted by a certain hardware company. Last year, I failed the first interview. This year I was contacted again, got to the second interview, but didn't progress past this stage. Well, my school is having a virtual employer expo, and they're going to be there, the same two people who interviewed me previously.
Thus, my question is whether or not to join their session, and ask questions relating to what their ideal candidate would look like. The problem is that I've heard that asking too often or pestering a company looks unappealing, but showing interest could potentially show initiative. I'm not sure what the right move is.
