Just had an interview with Kelly Services for an interpreter job. I have to do language tests — what should I be expecting?

As the title said, I had an interview with them a couple of hours ago and I think it went pretty well. The lady who interviewed me said she will send me the language tests in 1-2 days and it will take about an additional two weeks to hear back from them whether I was hired or not.

How are the language tests, what should I be expecting from them? What qualifies are they looking for?
