I mistakenly checked 'Do Not Contact' for an employer on a new hire screen?

I recently got a new position and while completing the company's third-party background report, checked an employer from years ago as 'Do Not Contact'

The previous employer is completely fine to contact and I am worried I will raise a red flag with the screening company and then my new employer...what should I do?
