I have a panel interview next Thursday with a healthcare organization, I have a good feeling about it but Glassdoor reviews say otherwise?

There was some history at this particular home healthcare company (it’s a bit more extensive than your average home healthcare agency because they treat patients who have end of stage renal disease and renal failure) for a management specialist position. Some of their Glassdoor reviews say that their past is pretty terrible, they lay off people of color and don’t care to take care of their employees, however the recruiting agency that’s hiring me as a temporary worker for them during their little probationary period before they find out if they want to make me permanent is telling me they’re totally lenient about vacation time and are about taking care of their employees.

I don’t want to have the wrong idea going into this interview because I may have a job offer a couple of days later. I also don’t know if I want to lose my job security with a hospital currently even though I am a temporary-to-permanent worker with them and I have been for the past 8 months. At this company, I’ll be a temporary worker for 3 or 4 months before they decide if they’d like to make me permanent. What should I do? Please help!
