Got a job with little experience

So I have very little experience in this subject, however this is my job as a reservist in the military. So my resume makes it seem like I’m well experienced, where in reality I am not. I do want to make this my career, however the person hiring seems to think I will be able to do all the tasks right from the get go, as far as training others once I get there. Apparently the people currently working there don’t know much either and they think I will be a big help. What should I do? Fake it til I make it?
