Company does a phone interview and …

They said that if I am interested in the role that I should email him my resume (again after applying once with it and sending it to their LinkedIn).

What was also weird was at the beginning of the call he couldn’t find my phone number on the resume and was like “ hey can you call us?”. I of course did but why would a company do that?

I am not sold on their role as he glossed over the benefits too and the job description said “remote but it will go into an office role”, I pressed him on that and he said it is remote. He said they had a person who left in September and that he (the CEO) was stuck having to update all of that. The position is paid but it is 100% outbound r/sales.
