Clorox Company Job Offer

Hi, I got a text this morning that lead to a zoom messaging post interview. After the interview he emailed me a employment fill out form and said I had the job. All his info was correct and I wasn't able to call the location to double check if he was an employee. It says to complete the form with in 24 hours so they could fill it.

How are remote jobs interviewed and is this real? I seems legit but idk I don't want to put my SSN in it.
