Can anyone explain this in layman's terms?

A portion of a contract I am considering. Can anyone break this down in layman's terms?

"employee will be paid at a per diem rate of

$120 per hour. Additionally, if 33% of net revenue (reconciled every three

months) exceeds the per diem rate, employee will be paid the additional

compensation equivalent to the difference between 33% of net revenue

and the per diem rate previously paid."
