Being flown in for a site visit and final interview, for the first time -- what should I keep in mind about these kinds of encounters?
So I'm doing a campus visit for a final interview stage, in an administrative role at a university. This is a complete-package sort of deal -- flights, accommodations (1 night), and meals paid for, and three interview panels with different teams. I don't know if I'm the only applicant at this stage, though I do believe I am in a very good position currently, after having gone through 3 remote interviews. But I'm wondering what I should keep in mind for how to interact, or important practical considerations for this kind of experience? Lunch and dinner are included in the itinerary, so I'm guessing there's some social aspect as well. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
