This is for a lab technician role at a 40-50 people startup. I spoke with HR on the phone (1st round if that counts), then one research chemist who just joined in March (2nd round), then the other technicians in a group (3rd round), and now it’ll be the senior chemist team. I’m honestly not sure what else there is for them to ask. The 2nd round already asked about my technical qualifications and the 3rd round about work style, culture, and more hands-on lab stuff. Is it going to be a rehash of the 2nd round, but tougher? I honestly don’t know what else I can do to prepare for this.
