Need advice on whether to take a new job opportunity or stick with my current one

Hi,

I’m 24F and have a job in HR with a global construction company. I was just offered a job for an HR position at a small insurance company.

I can’t decide if I want to keep my job or leave and accept this new job. Here are my pros and cons:

Current job: Pros- work from home, good work/life balance (really flexible hours), accumulated lots of PTO, waiting for 3% pay raise approval, if I do work at the office it’s business casual attire Cons- burnout from job, no clear advancement for growth, and lower wage (about $3/hr less than new opportunity.

New job: Pros- higher wage, room for growth/advancement, learn acquire new skills in a new role, push myself out of comfort zone, company culture seems to be nice, career growth in HR Cons- no flexibility with daily start time, no work from home options, boring industry (insurance), not good work/life balance, business professional attire
