Job application asking what days/times available for work

In addition to my resume I gotta do this. It's a part time position not sure what to put in. I'd rather work weekdays (and IF possible not start super early) but I don't want to be turned down due to "lack of flexiblity" or something. I have to fill this out before the interview, I'm not sure what they want or what the schedule for the job will be. What do I write down?
