Interview Question: Are you Interviewing w/ Anyone Else?

How do you answer this question? Do you tell the truth if you are, or do you abstain from divulging too much information? This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this in a month.

In one of my interviews, the HR contact mentioned something about speeding up the process if I’m interviewing with anyone else. Is that a good sign? Or am I reading too much into it? Is it, as kids say today, “not that deep?”
