I live here now. I can’t seem to find any job posting to even apply for that isn’t a call center! Anyone have any suggestions ?

I’ve posted before. I lost my job after 6.5 years , no degree . I worked my way up into a supervisor role, I worked for a wholesaler in the lighting industry . Due to that company being a giant; I cannot stay in industry . Im getting plenty of interviews, I have 3 second round interviews this week. But they are ALLL call centers. Even when I search I can’t find jobs that aren’t . Ideal job? I love large companies that allow for growth. I like working on day to day functions making them more efficient. I like data entry and systems. My main searches include - data entry (pay way too low), operations, analyst (never seem to qualify ) , client services . What else should I be searching? My main applies have been in finance , insurance , and some labs as “support “ roles. To get my foot in the door. But the thought of being micromanaged for years? Not sure I can do that. My last job had a lot of freedom.

Any suggestions on entry level ? I def do not want to be doing sales either! But I love improving flow and function.
