How to decline a job offer you already signed without burning bridges?

So a couple months back I accepted a job offer to start next month. They lowballed me a lot, and I just accepted because I really wanted to work there. I interviewed with them, several months ago and they really wanted me there, but I declined the job originally because they wanted to pay me so little. I miserably ended up staying at my current job because it wouldn’t have made much of a difference, and then really just wanted to go to the other place. I contacted them back, and the hiring manager was unsure but the managers REALLY wanted me to work there so they spoke with the recruiter and they gave me the position. In that time period I tried looking for other roles, and I ended up interviewing and getting a role that wants to pay me a significant amount more. I took the offer, but now what do I say to decline the other position I already signed and accepted? I don’g want to burn my bridges because I would love to work there one day, but I feel like the timing is just not right?
