I mainly have women colleagues and they literally never take days off or leave early cuz of a sickness, i've literally seen people go to the emergency room and come back. I don't get it. I have tried working while sick or in pain(i get insane period cramps and left an hour early today cuz of it) but i eventually just want to go home and end up leaving early/working from home/calling in sick i know in comparison it makes me look bad but I honestly don't think I should be uncomfortable/in pain/sick at work or maybe i'm just being a big baby.
We don't have a limit on sick day i also don't think i have taken more than two this year is just everytime i feel sick or i'm in pain i have this epic internal debate. i would like to know it this happens to other people too?
