Had one interview on Monday that I felt went great. It was with the IT manager. Then they called me back that same afternoon to schedule a 2nd interview for Tuesday with the It manager and the IT director. It also went really great and the IT manager told me that the 2nd interview is a sign of a sure in job offer but ultimately it’s the IT director who has the last say. It’s been 3 business days since today is Saturday. Monday is Labor Day so I know they won’t call then. Should I keep hope or just give up? Just wondering in how many days do ppl usually get callbacks.
