Hiring managers: what is a reason why you’d look at the application of someone who’s already been interviewed?

So I randomly got the idea to check back at my application for the job I recently interviewed for. I noticed that it was updated just yesterday (I interviewed 1.5 weeks ago). I learned that for Taleo, this likely means that it was viewed. Besides the update, everything else remains the same (submission status still “reviewed”, job status still “active”). What could this mean?

Edit: Only myself and 2 others were interviewed so I’m not sure if it’s a case of them having to remember me
