Some background here:
- I do a lot of business with the team I would be working with already and was in fact working with a couple of people at the company directly before the interview. During this interview I mentioned I was waiting for them to get back to me on a couple of quotes.
- I'm already getting leads and flipping people to the product that I would be selling in the territory that I would be working.
- Two or three contacts at the company know I am applying and said they'd put in a good word for me.
So for this job the salary would be higher than I ever imagined making, and doing what I love to do anyway. So there wasn't much more I could say when I was pressed on what other perks do you want? I just said I wouldn't mind international travel. My friend (another executive at another company) told me to speak to HR about stock options as well.

If HR kept asking what perks I want in an interview is that generally a good sign?
