Has anyone else ran into this? I turned down the position because things were changing for my daughter as she was entering a new school, we hadn't yet gotten after-school care arranged, etc. Those concerns are gone now.
Six months after I politely declined the offer, the employer reached out to me wanting to talk as they would still like to hire me. I've never dealt with this before and was wondering if anyone else has.
