Don't know what to do, where to go, what I want and no time to figure it out

I'm so lost. I feel trapped, suffocated and just stuck. At 33, what I really want to do like pursue something meaningful and valuable(maybe writing, maybe a restaurant, make a social media channel, maybe a million other ideas) is considered "absurd or outlandish", i'm stuck bouncing around from job to job that I hate, my life is slipping by faster than i could've ever imagined, i'm working around the clock helping my boss get insanely rich while i work for scraps, i'm too mentally exhausted when i get home at night and on weekends to work towards anything else than maybe working out. what the fuck do i need to do to get out and ahead? please.
