Company that hired me is having delays because they are waiting for my background check report. But I received MY copy. What is going on?

Basically title. I received my copy of the background check report and the report states that "Enclosed for your review is a copy of your consumer report in the exact format and content as provided to the prospective employer that ordered the report." Which just means that the employer is getting the same thing I am getting.

I just emailed HR, and they said that they still have not received their copy despite of them asking for the report to the background check company on a daily basis. I just don't get it because if I got my copy a WEEK ago, why didn't the company who hired me got one? This is weird.

Has anyone experienced something similar? I am so stressed because I am an international student, and I am afraid something happened :(
