Did the HR paperwork for my new job today, and it feels like a trap...

The low cost to employees insurance is a high deductible plan, which is terrible. There are no sick days until after 90 days and then 5 per year. Any time off is frowned upon, even doctor visits. Vacation starts after one full year and is only 1 week. There is a much more stringent dress code than what was stated when I asked. This is entry level scan clerk and data entry.

Is this normal? I start tomorrow. It feels like it would be very hard to look for another job while working this job. How do people job search in situations like this?
