Contingent Offer Acceptance Email

Hello, I recently received and accepted a job offer contingent on a pre-employment screening that will be completed in the next couple of weeks from a government agency.

However, I received the job offer from the HR department of the agency. I was wondering if it would also be appropriate to send a separate thank you email to the two managers that I interviewed with last week, who are also going to be my future bosses.
