Another day in the life. I have several interviews lined up. But due to by fired Bc of a pretty bad claim, I have no references. I live in constant anxiety that I will never gain employment because of this.

I truly, am at a loss. I worked there for 6.5 years so I don’t have contact with managers from previous jobs. And it would be suspicious anyways. I have second round interviews next week and I know they will want references. I read on Glassdoor that they ask for four, with two being previous supervisors . The claims against me are quite terrible. Quoted “obscene” texts to a coworker for a year. That’s what unemployment said was the reason. Yet me and this dude were friends and I have call logs of him calling me, and text logs of him texting me . But none of that matters. Proving it means nothing at this point I lost my reputation in a matter of a few weeks. Has anyone gotten a job with no reference checks? My heart literally aches over this, a feeling of legit hopelessness that I won’t find my way out this time. I can interview amazingly . But when I have no supervisor that will back that up. Red flag. And it truly sucks because my manager had always complimented me and I thought we were close. But she didn’t even say goodbye. So that bridge is burned. I’m lost :( I’m trying but don’t see how this ends well for me.
