First week of work was rough…rough onboarding?

My onboarding has been a disaster.

I didn’t have any of the systems I was supposed to so it’s hard for me to really dive in a learn. I still don’t. I guess all the access requests have to go through this admin assistant and this person is just not getting it done.

My boss asked me every day if I have access and I told him I’ll keep following up. So I did because I thought he was in a way implying that.

Now i think the admin assistant hates me. I was being as nice as possible, apologizing for being a bother, and thanking her for all her help.

I feel like this whole week was off on the wrong foot .
