What kind of questions should I ask my mentor/manager?

Basically I'm in a lucky situation where my manager is encouraging me to look for other jobs and offering to be my reference.

She's also said I can ask her about anything, from career guidance to personal life.

I definitely want to look for another job, but I also want to be pick her brain before I leave. I feel like she definitely has some valuable information about navigating the corporate world that no one would teach you in school.

But I don't even know what I don't even know. So I'm not sure what I should ask her.
