Should I quit my job?

I’ve been working at this clinic for a year now, but I do travel in different clinic locations every week. Because of that, I usually tally 1k/week on mileage alone because of travelling a lot.

After a year of working with them, I already tallied 40k km+, in my first year of ownership in my car since I do have to provide my own car to mobilize myself in different clinics, one of which is a 400km. Round trip from where I live and that specific office which I go to twice a month.

So should I tell them that I should use one of their cars so that my car would minimize wear and tear even if they give me a “car allowance”?

Or should I just quit my job and find a place where driving is minimized?
