Im a summer intern in a small sub department of only 4 people and 2 of those people are leaving. My manager offered to extended to my internship and I accepted because we were understaffed anyways. Should I take this opportunity to ask my manager to come on full time? Mind you my team lost a senior and entry lvl employee so they could really use the help. And it’s a lot easier to just hire me full time and train me on top of what I already know!
