Looking for an internship with 15 years of working experience

I moved to another country and completed a masters study after working on 15 years in sales. And today I got 2 rejections for internship position.

First one is an ecommerce company: you have the right skills and doesn't seem to have enough interest in the company (no I haven't buy or sell on the website.

Second rejection: We want someone with a more disruptive approach to our go to market approach.

I just want to die
