Is it ever too early to leave a job?

The title basically says it all. I started my first job out of college back in April, and up until these last few weeks it had been going well. Now, it has turned into something that I was told that it wouldn’t. The work/life balance has quickly become nonexistent, miscommunications all over the place, and it’s just becoming an overall weight on my mental health. I’ve been contemplating things over the last few weeks, but I feel I’m in a spot where it would be too early to leave. I’ve really been wanting to go down the path where I can utilize my degree in Information Systems (as right now I’m not with my current job), and have begun to search around a little. Do I ride it out, or ramp up my searching?
