Last week I applied internally for a role at my company (large corporation). A couple days ago I was contacted by an HR manager to set up a quick call to discuss the opportunity further. They asked for my availability over Wednesday and Thursday, but despite responding soon afterwards with a few meeting time options, I’ve heard nothing since.
Super frustrating! I followed up over email yesterday and messaged the HR manager on Teams today but still nothing. Any idea what may have happened? I'm just confused about why they reached out in the first place if they didn't actually want to progress me further.
