Anyone got hired from being recruited from Swoon Employment Agency?

A recruiter reached out after finding my resume from Indeed. I’ve been employed through several means (applying directly, knowing the manager, and temp agencies) but never through a recruiter. Does anyone have experience working with or getting hired via Swoon?

I had a phone call with a recruiter coordinator and it was a positive experience. I should be getting another call with the senior coordinator tomorrow. Any key questions I should ask?
