Trying really hard to get a part-time job at a Chinese restaurant. I would like to know what's appropriate in terms of applying.

Here's my story.

It's a local part-time position doing food prep work and dishwashing, both of which I have plenty of experience in. I left my resume with four references one day after I filled out a job application. In order to get the job, should I just show up regularly, dressed nicely, and continue to inform them that I am interested?

Or should I definitely just wait it out and see what they decide?

I really need this job more than I've needed any other, and I'm a perfect fit for the position so I'm really itching to get out and keep pushing my availability.

Is there any other thing to go about in order to ensure this? If/when I renew my application ought I to include some other information alongside it? Thank you
