Why is it so hard to find an alright paying job where you work 40 hours, bust ass, leave, without having to deal with any bullshit?

The last few words are the main point of the question, but put together it all makes the job hunting experience so stressful.

Why does it seem like EVERY job, even basic level ones (Retail, Food, etc.), have absolutely horrible management or QOL problems EVERYWHERE AND AT EVERY PLACE!? Why cant I just go somewhere and put in a hard 40 hours, leave, and not be miserable during it?

The delivery service jobs especially. I've always been very interested in working for the USPS/UPS/FedEx, but ALL of the companies essentially force you to work 6-7 days a week, for 60+ hours. I have no fucking interest doing that.

Don't mean to turn this into /r/antiwork , because I'm not anti work at all. I just dont understand why it's so hard to find something that doesn't seem to make you miserable.
