Thank you email for an one - way video interview?

Completed one few hours back and it was awesome. On the email the HR said after submission they would come back very soon about the result.

Should I still send a TY email? If yes, only to recruiter? Should it be short in this case or can I write in detail about things such as referencing to some things I said in the interview?
