I'm 27, part time at LIDL to support my studies. It's my only source of income.
On one hand, the last six months have been hell. I've been working here for eight months and it's all been getting worse. The stress gives me headaches, I'm always anxious when around customers. I get nervous whenever I think about my job. I cry during my breaks.
On the other this is the only thing that supports me financially. I dont have a family or a student grant.
I'm always stressed because of my situation, always scared of going back to work. But I don't know what to do as my work experience is strictly retail, and my biggest source of anxiety are the customers and the rush periods.
Any advice on what I should do? Should I quit?
