Looking for bearable teen summer jobs

My mom is understandably making me get a summer job for work experience more than money. My aim is to please her while working the easiest job possible or something that is enjoyable. To start I'll give you some background. I'm a guy and I'm 17. I am pretty good with learning things in general and if you give me a task and explain to me how to do it, I'll do it. I have already looked into some places in my area but I'm really looking for direction. I really only have time to work 4-5 days a week. I am also open to ideas for internships and where to look for those. My biggest concern is people. I'm not bad with people I would just rather not have to deal with the bs that comes with it sometimes. Any ideas are appreciated.
