How to deal with the wait/anxiety when job hunting?

Hello everyone, I apologize if venting/being anxious isn’t what this sub is for but I’m not sure where to find support. I’m fresh out of grad school and looking for jobs in marketing or communications. In early April I applied for a Junior Consultant position with a small consulting firm and over the last two weeks, I’ve been interviewed by the CEO, operations manager, and several of the senior consultants. I think my interviews went well. Today, the ops manager emailed me asking to set up a phone call to discuss “next steps” tomorrow at 1pm. Then I was scheduled in for a Zoom chat with the CEO tomorrow at 11am. I’m not sure what to expect. I’m hoping they’ll extend an offer but it’s also possible that I’ll be rejected right there... which would be really depressing after 8 interviews with this one company. How do you all deal with the anxiety of job searching?
