Left a job in a very very rather unprofessional way without another one lined up, how can I keep it on my resume without issues?

Hello. I wish this could be short but unfortunately it is not. Up until a few hours ago I worked as an activity care coordinator for an ALS.  For the last few weeks, they have been short handed for dinner time. Originally my schedule was 10-3P 1st and 3rd floor. And then from 3 to 6 I worked in the memory care unit. For two weeks I was helping out in the kitchen at dinner time as per the request of the company administrator. I don't speak Spanish and there is a woman who only speaks Spanish. Minus the language barrier her attitude is horrible. She yells at me, the yells at the residents when they knock on the door asking for hot water or ice. I brought this back to the admin and she said she would speak to her. A few days later I did my last day in the kitchen after the cook yelled at me because some of the containers fell over in the cart, I did not put them in the cart, a CNA did. When trying to explain this to her she kept turning around and walking away. I finished out the dinner for the sake of the residents but the next day I told the administrator I'm not able to work in the kitchen with the woman because her attitude is completely disprectful. She said okay and I resume my normal schedule of just doing the activities with the residents.

Today, the supervisor comes in my office and says "what's this I hear about you not being in the kitchen anymore?"

I said "I'm not longer working in the kitchen, since last week." She said "well we need help" I said "I already spoke to the administrator about it. You'll have to speak to her" she said "if I say you're working in the kitchen you're working in the kitchen" I said "I'm not working in the kitchen. Once again, you'll have to speak to the admin" she said "okay I'm gonna do that."

So now I go downstairs to make copies of the monthly schedule and one of the women working in the kitchen asks "could you help me at 3 with the coffee?" Be mindful, this woman asked me if I work in the kitchen for dinner anymore and I told her NO. I told her this last week, so why she asked me today, no idea. Anyway, I said "I told you last week that I no longer help out in the Kitchen" she said "okay I'll talk to the supervisor" I said "I already spoke to her a few minutes ago. She's aware" she rolled her eyes and walked away.

Now the supervisor comes downstairs and asks me why am I no longer helping out in the evenings. I told her I have communication issues with the cook and this was explain to the administrator. Apparently the administrator didn't tell her and it took her a week to find out. So she says "okay everyone has a problem with the cook. She's doesn't speak English" I looked at her like she was an idiot. And I said "right....but if you're weren't aware that I was no longer helping, that's a communication issue with the admin and you. I spoke to her about it as well as addressing it in the meeting." Then she said "well she's the administrator but IM THE TEAM LEAD AND IF YOU WON'T DO YOUR JOB, YOURE DONE. Come downstairs and sign your termination papers" I looked at her and walked the other way. I went upstairs to my office and called the administrator and told her what happened. She said "okay well they need help and I'm gonna talk to my assistant, I'll have her come down and speak to you. I told her that the supervisor said I am terminated. She said "just wait I'm gonna have my assistant speak to you".

I started packing up my things, I put the company credit card on my desk. I got a text from the admin saying "_____ listen, when I am not here, they are in charge, she needs help in the kitchen, you're going to have to help"

I went downstairs, gave some of the residents a hug, I clicked out and usef the key fob to exit the building and I dropped it in the mailbox and I left.

I have NEVER, in my life worked in such an unprofessional environment. The administrator didn't even speak the cook when I made the first complaint about her yelling at the residents, which is a form of abuse, then despite her saying in the meeting 2 DAYS AGO that I am back to doing activities full time, the supervisor tried to use her title to not only disprect me but she completely dismissed me saying I am not working with a staff member who has a language barrier and a disprectful attitude. What kind of response is "okay everyone has a problem with her!!" The other CNAs told me that they alllll filed complaints about the cook for both how she talks to the non Spanish speaking staff as well as the residents. It's unfortunate to know how I left the job but I WILL NOT work in an environment where I am 1-being disrespected constantly but kitchen staff and management, and for the communication to be completely out of my control and I'm being ordered to do something that is not in my job description. It was a foolish choice but I endured weeks of these kinds of attitudes but the other aides and kitchen staff. I really needed this job for the title and for the benifits but I will not work in a toxic environment. I am sure going to pay for quitting a job without one lined up but is there any way to keep this job on my resume despite the way I left? Advice and opinions loving forward are much needed.

And I will say I am a bit sad because I did grown attached to residents and I genuinely enjoyed my job alot. I kind of teared up hugging one of the guys whose birthdays are TMR. I texted one of the CNAs and asked her if she could give him the gift that I got for him. She said she would.
