Lateral move worth it?

So I have another offer with a very comparable financial package ~85,000 base and up to ~10,200 in bonuses as opposed to my current base of 82,000 and incentives of 7,500. So H2H comparison would be a max of 95,200 vs 89,500 assuming 100% of bonuses/incentives achieved.

Current role is in finance at the best hospital in the state and top 5 in the country. Team of 1 (just me) and director is ahead of me so it's a ton of workload but also massive job security. Best manager ever and great working relationship. Super relaxed work hours (i.e as long as you get it done on time vs come in every day at 8am). Cons is work sort of plateaued, I do the same thing every day, month. Tons of ad-hoc reporting (literally ~300 reports a month sent out) Haven't really grown since the first year, but also haven't really been stressed.

Other offer is the same role at a top 3 consulting companies globally. Extremely impressive name to have on a resume. Slightly better pay but strict-er work hours (i.e come in everyday at 8am or earlier leave at 6pm or later). Offices and branches all over the world so there's an opportunity to move to a different office (i dont see myself staying long term where i am-geographically speaking- so thats a pro). Fun, social events hosted by company, better benefits.

Overall, it's comfort/job security vs better company name/slightly better pay. I don't know if I should choose comfort or if I should get out of that comfort zone and move. What do you guys think?
