This current job I'm working doesn't pay well at all and doesn't allow unpaid time off, but I am a full time employee. This means if I have a doctor's appointment, too bad so sad. If you take off for being sick, they make you owe PTO or deduce time out of your PTO.
This generally wouldn't make me so nervous but the fact I will not be allowed to take days off to go to interviews means I will be calling out of work a lot (3 times this month most likely) I'm afraid this will jeopardize my current job position but it's in the pursuit of a better one. I naturally am a pretty nervous person when it comes to doing call outs since I thrive off good work attendance and being a good employee. Should I be worried about missing this much work for a better pursuit?
